Welcome to Emojis.Trade! This guide walks you through wallet setup, minting, and trading emoji tokens on Bitcoin. No deep technical skills required—just follow the steps below and start collecting your favourite pictographs on‑chain.

🔑 Prerequisites – Ordinals‑Ready Wallet

  1. Install UniSat Wallet (Chrome/Brave extension).

  2. Create or import a wallet and securely back‑up your seed phrase.

  3. Fund the wallet with a small amount of BTC (for inscription fees).

UniSat is the recommended wallet because Emojis.Trade integrates directly with its API for mint operations.

🔗 Connecting Your Wallet

  1. Visit Emojis.Trade.

  2. Click Connect Wallet (top‑right).

  3. Approve the UniSat prompt.

  4. Your BTC address now shows in the header.

Tip: If “wallet not detected” appears, ensure the extension is installed, unlocked, and you’re in a Chromium browser.

🔍 Browsing the Emoji Leaderboard

The main table lists live stats for every listed emoji token.

Filters & Categories

  • All Tokens – full list.

  • Available – still mintable.

  • Low Supply – < 1 % remaining.

  • Trending – high holder growth.

  • Category Tabs – e.g. 🍔 Food, 🐶 Animals, 📦 Objects.

Search & Sort

  • Type an emoji (🍕) or name (“pizza”) in the search bar.

  • Click any column header (e.g. Holders) to re‑sort.

📝 Minting Emoji Tokens

  1. Click Mint on a token row.

  2. UniSat opens with the token’s mint form.

  3. Enter the amount (≤ token limit).

  4. Review BTC fee → Confirm.

  5. Wait for network confirmation.

  6. Refresh Emojis.Trade — stats update automatically.

Minting is first‑come, first‑served. If supply runs out while your tx is pending, UniSat will show an error and your fee is refunded minus miner fee.

🔄 Trading & Managing Tokens

UniSat Marketplace

  • Buy/sell any BRC‑20 (including emoji tokens).

  • Listings are peer‑to‑peer; confirm price and quantity before signing.

OTC / Swaps

  • Only trade with trusted parties or use escrow services.

  • Never send tokens expecting delayed payment; use an atomic‑swap tool if possible.

Future DEX Integration

  • Emoji Pools (AMM liquidity) are on the roadmap—stay tuned for in‑platform swaps.

Viewing Holdings

  • UniSat dashboard → “BRC‑20” tab shows balances.

  • A “My Portfolio” page is planned for Emojis.Trade v2.

  • Double‑check URLs (phishing is rampant).

  • Verify UniSat updates from official sources.

  • Keep seed phrases offline; never paste them into any website.

  • Consider using a watch‑only address on public screens to avoid leaking balance.
